Guarantees

The majority of moving products (require an action to operate, like lever handles and door knobs)we sell online are provided with a suppliers' mechanical guarantee (only where specified perindividual product), for example; lever sets can be supplied with a 10-year suppliers' mechanical guarantee, which covers the mechanical spring part within the lever set, if this wereto go faulty, within the ten years (from date of invoice), the supplier will either fix or replace thatdefective lever. If not specified; then the product will not be covered by a mechanical warranty.

No warranty is available on a product finish (unless specified). Items fitted externally are not covered under any guarantee due to the unknown nature of the external conditions in which said item(s) would be fitted.

We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products. We assume no liability for any labour charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of any products, nor will we cover any carriage costs.

Heritage Brass Electrical Accessories Only: are guaranteed for five years (dimmer switches one year) provided the following conditions are met. 1) The accessory has been properly installed, complete with its protective gasket, by a qualified electrician in accordance with the wiring regulations in effect at the time of installation. 2) The accessory has been subjected to normal use and has not been altered or dismantled.

External Use/Coastal Areas

We do not recommend using any products externally in coastal areas due to the high levels ofatmospheric salt, as this will rust or tarnish most finishes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee suchuse.

Fitting Before Plastering

Please make sure any newly plastered or painted rooms are fully cured before fitting anyhardware, as moisture may tarnish or rust most finishes. 

When painting, staining, or plastering, we recommend that all hardware be removed beforeproceeding and that rooms be left to fully cure before the hardware is re-fitted.

Ordering Online

We'll try to make your experience ordering online with us as simple and secure as possible. Weuse Sagepay, an industry-leading merchant payment system, for simplicity and security. Throughthis, we take payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

We are not believers in sharing information. Any personal information provided will not be shared with any third-party agents, so be safe knowing that your data and information will be stored safely and securely.

Order Acknowledgements

When an order has been placed and an acknowledgement received, please check that all detailsare correct. We cannot be held responsible if the data inputted is incorrect.

If any information needs to be amended, please send us an email advising on the information that needs amending so that we can update it before the order is processed and dispatched.

Amending an Order

If you wish to add or amend an order, we allow 24 hours (from when the order is placed - workinghours) to make an amendment. If outside 24 hours, we may not be able to change the order as itmay already be packed and consigned ready for shipping.

Promo-Codes

We only provide Promo Codes once agreed upon with the customer if listed on our website orheaded under our official name via social media outlets. We do not list or outsource promo codeson third-party websites (any found are fake or out of date and will not work). 

We have rolling automatic promotions where no code is required to apply the discount. This willchange once the total amount target has been reached.
